Privacy Policy

This policy explains how I use and protect any information you provide to me when you use this service.

This policy is effective from 18 February 2023.  I may update the policy from time to time.  Any new policy will be posted to the website and therefore I suggest you frequently check the website to ensure you are up to date with how I am protecting your data.

I currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers such name, date of birth and contact details.

  • I may receive indirect online information in the form of data obtained from my website cookies and google analytics. 


Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you to carry out the obligations under any contract between you and me and to provide you with the services you requested.

I also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

Website:  My website is hosted on the platform who collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and computer and connection information.  They also collect any personal data supplied by you when using the contact form.  They may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.  Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

Cookies:  My website uses cookies to help the website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you.  You have the option to disable cookies on the website.

Google Analytics Cookies: I use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help find out how many people visit my site, which pages are most popular, how long people spend in each area and what information people are searching for.  All this insight helps to understand how I can improve my site.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases relied on for processing this information is because I have a contractual obligation.

I use the information that you have given in order to

  • Carry out the services you have requested.

  • To contact you to provide updates to services and appointments.

  • To manage and improve my business effectively.


All our work together is confidential, and I will not disclose any information about you to a third party without your consent unless I have a legal obligation to do so.

Hard copy information is securely stored in a locked cabinet.  Email data is stored on a secure email platform.  Indirect online identifier data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

We keep completed forms with personal information for 5 years after which time the data will be destroyed.   Copies of email data will be kept for 3 months and then deleted.

Under data protection law, you have the right to ask for copies of your personal information.   You also have the right to make any amendment to the information I hold.   You have the right to ask me to erase your personal information I will do so as long as I am under no legal obligation to hold this information.
