Hard copy information is securely stored in a locked cabinet. Email data is stored on a secure email platform. Indirect online identifier data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We keep completed forms with personal information for 5 years after which time the data will be destroyed. Copies of email data will be kept for 3 months and then deleted.
Under data protection law, you have the right to ask for copies of your personal information. You also have the right to make any amendment to the information I hold. You have the right to ask me to erase your personal information I will do so as long as I am under no legal obligation to hold this information.
